Absolutely! You don't need to be a developer to start using a White Label website. You can find all the necessary setup instructions here or you can purchase a setup service separately.
The White Label website acts as a mediator, redirecting users to platforms where the ticket purchase takes place (e.g., Agoda, Trip.com, etc.). The entire booking and purchase process is carried out there, so you don't have to worry about refunds or support.
Your White Label website does not issue airline tickets. We search for the cheapest flights while our partners book and sell the tickets themselves. To make changes to a booking or request a refund, users should contact the partner (agency or airline) the booking was made through.
Our main goal is to provide the widest range of agencies and airlines in the search engine, enabling users to compare prices and select the most suitable option. Therefore, we have preselected suitable agencies for each White Label market (language and region), and manually selecting agencies isn't possible. However, users can filter search results to show only specific airlines or agencies.
As bookings and payments are handled by airlines and agencies after your user selects a ticket on your website, it's not possible to change the price or add a surcharge.
